Blessing for Good Health

רִבּוֹנוֹ שֶׁל עוֹלָם, בְּרַחֲמֶיךָ תֵּן בָּנוּ כֹּחַ וּבְרִיאוּת וִיכֹלֶת מַסְפִּיק, וְחֹזֶק וְאֹמֶץ בְּאֵבָרֵינוּ וְגִידֵינוּ וְגוּפֵנוּ לַעֲמֹד עַל הַמִּשְׁמָר, וְלֹא יֶאֱרַע לָנוּ שׁוּם מִחוּשׁ וְשׁוּם כְּאֵב. וְנִהְיֶה שְׂמֵחִים וְטוֹבִים וּבְרִיאִים לַעֲבוֹדָתֶךָ. וְתַצִּילֵנוּ מִכָּל רַע, וְתַאֲרִיךְ יָמֵינוּ בַּטוֹב וּשְׁנוֹתֵינוּ בַּנְּעִימִים, וּמַלֵּא שְׁנוֹתֵינוּ, אֹרֶךְ יָמִים וּשְׁנוֹת חַיִּים תּוֹסִיף לָנוּ לַעֲבוֹדָתֶךָ. וּבְצֵל כְּנָפֶיךָ תַּסְתִּירֵנוּ, וְתַצִּילֵנוּ לָנוּ וּלְכָל בְּנֵי בֵיתֵינוּ מִכָּל גְּזֵרוֹת קָשׁוֹת וְרָעוֹת, וְנִהְיֶה שְׁקֵטִים וְשַׁאֲנָנִים, דְּשֵׁנִים וְרַעֲנָנִים לַעֲבוֹדָתְךָ וּלְיִרְאָתֶךָ. אמן.

The blessing for good health is Psalm 84.

Those who seek physical and mental health for themselves, their family and all of Israel, should read this psalm (Psalm 84) every day and give charity.

Psalm 84 will bring you good health, and the prayer should end with Ribono Shel Olam…

Please note that the payer should be said in plural form, even if it aims for the protection of one individual, thus including all of Israel and strengthening the prayer; for, as it said by the sages :"He who prays for his friend – will be answered first".
